Division: Sales Centre

In this position, you will: 

• Develop SME accounts and build a long-term relationship with customers

• Identify new business opportunities within the SME market segment and develop strategies to expand our client base

• Maintain clients profileand conduct business review with clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth

• Collaborate with internal parties to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

• Engage clients by delivering sales presentations, roadshows and preparing business proposals in a professional manner

• Achieve the sales target according to the company's business goals

• Promote telecommunications products and on-stage services to SME and corporate employees
  
  

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year's relevant experience preferably in Telecom industry

• Customer service oriented and pleasant personality

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the knowledge of Putonghua a must

• Hands-on experience of PC operations and internet knowledge is preferred
