Assistant Engineer (Network configuration and RAN Support)

Department: Network and Service Operation Centre 

In this position, you will:

• Operate and maintain CMHK RAN and transmission network including cell site configuration and troubleshooting, ATN operation and troubleshooting

• Provide technical support services and handle complex case troubleshooting

• Liaise with internal and external parties for fault identification and service recovery of CMHK transmission network

• Prepare operation report, system and operation documentation if required
  
  

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering/Telecommunications or related disciplines

• 2 years of experience in telecom industry

• Good Operation excellence & communication skill

• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure

• Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint

• With strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Strong initiative, customer-oriented and able to meet with quality services

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
