Sales Officer - Frontline (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

• Large scales residential project, Frontline sales, Sales Office operation

• Proactive and customer-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the sales office including the presentation of key features and introduction of properties

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns

• Closely collaborate with property agents to ensure a successful sales launch

• Address purchasers’ enquiries or requests and provide post-sales services as needed

• Coordinate with Project Management and Property Management teams on the handover of completed units

• Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and planning

• Prepare sales-related documents and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines

• 2 years of relevant experience in leading property developer, fresh graduates are welcome

• Proactive and customer-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• 5-day week (on roster)

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Officer
