Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice, analyze and support to all internal departments and overseas offices on multi-national jurisdictions;

2. Supervise corporate compliance in different jurisdictions with internal policies and external licensing and regulatory requirements;

3. Liaise with external professionals and other regulatory bodies;

4. Follow up disputed cases (Litigation, Arbitration and outstanding payment), Trademark management;

5. Draft and review a full range of commercial and legal documents;
   
   

Requirements:

1. Law degree holder from a recognized university;

2. Qualified lawyer admitted to Hong Kong/China Mainland bar or in any other jurisdiction;

3. An in-house legal counsel with at least 3-year experience gained from the telecommunications industry would be preferred;

4. Excellent negotiation, written and oral communications skills with different people including senior management;

5. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
