Part-time Lecturers in the Department of Computer Science [Ref. T/127/26]

The Department of Computer Science is inviting applications from highly qualified professionals and educators for part‑time teaching positions.

Duties

The appointees will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting tutorials, and coordinating assessments for undergraduate or postgraduate courses, including but not limited to the following:

• Foundation of Cybersecurity
• Cybersecurity: Forensics and Incident Response
• Cybersecurity Audits and Compliance
  
  

Requirements

1. A recognized Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Security/Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required. Possession of a relevant Master's or PhD degree is preferred:
2. Substantial hands‑on industry experience in the cybersecurity sector (e.g. security operations, digital forensics, compliance auditing, or risk management);
3. Valid cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, CHFI, CISM, or GIAC, and
4. Excellent English communication skills are required.
5. Prior university‑level teaching or corporate technical training experience will be a distinct advantage.

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
