Assistant Technical Manager (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications and tender documents for all operations contracts and technical works

• Provide troubleshooting on technical & quality issues

• Plan and monitor the facility maintenance budget, system upgrading and improvement works of the building facilities

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering

• 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in shopping arcade / residential buildings maintenance industry, including 2 years at managerial level

• Experience in building services/electrical mechanical/ building operations R&M of shopping mall especially for HVAC operation, feasibility study and FS

• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, safety management, asset management and sustainability practices

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Technical Manager
