IT Project Manager (Digital Solutions, Listed Company, over $60K)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the full-lifecycle delivery of complex IS/IT digital solutions (including mobile apps, platform upgrades, and web integrations) across the digital stack—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet both business and non-functional requirements.

• SDLC Governance: Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, encompassing requirement gathering, system design, prototyping, testing, QA, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate seamlessly between business users, external vendors, and offshore development centers to ensure smooth, aligned system delivery.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to corporate project governance, quality standards, audits, and internal policies.

• Financial & Progress Reporting: Drive project planning, budgeting, and variance control, providing clear, timely status updates and financial reports to senior management.

• Team Leadership: Form, lead, and mentor high-performing cross-functional project teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, featuring 5+ years in IT project management specifically delivering digital applications. Must have successfully steered at least 4 to 6 end-to-end implementations through to live deployment.

• Proven hands-on experience orchestrating complex testing cycles, system cutovers, data migrations, and production rollouts.

• Exceptional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and contract negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders and vendors.

• Professional credentials such as PMP, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), ITIL, or CPIT are highly desirable.

• Exposure to modern cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Cloud Architecture, Data Analytics) is a strong plus.
