Analyst Programmer (.NET, C#, Degree holder)

Job Description:

• Assist to gather user requirements and participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) of application systems.

• Assist the IT team and contractors in various IT projects.

• Assist the procurement of services and products including market survey, preparation of service/product specifications, tendering and quality assurance for deliverables by contractors.

• Assist the programming works for platforms of iOS/Android Mobile Apps and Microsoft .NET Core.

• Assist the testing, installation, deployment and configuration of IT systems and devices at different sewage treatment facilities.

• Assist the documentation including the preparation of tender documentation package, meeting minutes, software manual, procurement proposal and technical report.

• Provide the helpdesk support and office hour technical support.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.

• Must have grade D or above in English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

• At least 2 years' relevant experience in application development by using common programming languages and development platforms such as C#.NET

• Good communication skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
