Job Duties:
To manage and supervise an internal project team with system analysts and programmers, and outsourced contractors to provide technical support
To lead the project team and outsourced contractors to perform various system development and maintenance support tasks for the CTR System and other related taxation systems;
To lead the project team and outsourced contractors to implement various application enhancements including those for the extension of claim period of additional child allowance for newborns;
To perform project management functions for the projects and systems; and
To perform other duties requested by supervisors
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 10 years' experience in IT industry
Have solid experience in application development and maintenance;
Have solid experience in system analysis, design and application programming for the development and maintenance of web applications with Java, JavaScript and J2EE; and
Have solid experience in implementing and supporting crucial systems
