IT Consultant / System Analyst / Assistant Mgr (SAP ERP system, over $60K)

Job Duties:

• To participate in tender specifications, solution evaluation, tender documentation and liaison work related to the procurement of a total solution.

• To perform proposal vetting, review, assessment and tender evaluation activities

• To assist in contract administration activities

• To assist in project planning, project management & coordination and contract administrative works related to the project

• To assist in vendor management, internal teams' collaboration and liaison to facilitate smooth execution of project

• To review project deliverables and ensure compliance to standards and quality requirements; and

• To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement Details:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Engineering or related IT disciplines.

• Have at least eight (8) years' post-qualification information technology experience of which five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst and at least two (2) years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.

• Solid experience in implementation, administration or support on SAP ERP system preferably with Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance or Project System module.

• Experience in Government projects and familiar with Government standards preferred.

• Experience in IT procurement and tendering procedures required.

• Extensive experience in system analysis and design, business process modelling, systems design and application / system implementation.
