Senior Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer (Over $50K)

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support & Enhancement: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance network solutions using modern technologies to meet evolving operational needs.

• System Availability & Performance: Oversee network and IT systems to ensure a stable, resilient, and load-balanced environment that supports ongoing digital transformation.

• Security & Compliance: Plan, execute, and monitor security measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Judiciary systems and sensitive data.

• Hands-On Administration: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network hardware and load balancers, including routers, switches, firewalls, GSLB/GTM, and LTM.

• Vendor & Project Collaboration: Work closely with outsourcing contractors and internal teams under the direction of the Project Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitoring & Incident Management: Proactively track network health, lead incident and problem resolution, perform maintenance updates, and provide tier-3 support to users and IT staff.

• Optimization & Innovation: Analyze application traffic patterns to optimize bandwidth utilization and research emerging technologies to drive continuous infrastructure improvements.

• Documentation & Procurement: Draft comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, system manuals, user guides, and procurement specifications.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computing or related subjects

• Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting large-scale enterprise network infrastructures across multiple data centers and remote offices.

• Solid hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Deep understanding of core networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, LACP, M-LACP).

• Practical knowledge of GSLB/GTM, LTM, IDS/IPS, and Web Proxy services.

• Strong understanding of government security mandates, IT compliance, and industry security frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, vendor management skills, and clear technical writing capability.
