Training Support Officer (IT background, over $40K, Good English)

Responsibilities:

• Operate pseudo‑pilot workstations of ATC Surveillance Simulators and Control Tower Simulators.

• Manage Arrival Manager (AMAN) and Voice Communication Switching System (VCSS).

• Assist in maintaining databases related to simulator exercises.

• Develop and update simulator exercises to support training programs.

• Revise teaching materials and deliver on‑the‑job training for pseudo‑pilot trainees.

• Provide support for training courses conducted by the Training Unit (TU) of the Air Traffic Management Division, CAD.

• Work primarily during office hours, with occasional irregular shifts as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline.

• At least have 3 years experience which related to IT background

• Level 4 or above in English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent qualification.

• Strong command of spoken English.

• Willingness to learn aviation standard phraseology.

• Aviation knowledge and prior experience in managing pseudo‑pilot workstations will be an advantage.

• Applicants may be required to attend an aptitude test, listening test, and interview.
