IT Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (ERP, 3-10 years experience)
Job Duties:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the corporate system, such as ERP, HRMS..etc
Collect, analyze, and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
Execute UAT to support project roll-out, ongoing system support and enhancements
Follow up on incidents and coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
Job Requirements:
Degree holder, 3 -10 years experience as a Business Analyst
Experienced in ERP project, ERP system daily support, incident management, and testing is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in creating documentation, conducting user training, and supporting end-users
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams
HK permanent resident is required
