Key Responsibilities
Perform product installation, configuration, implementation, and deployment activities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
Monitor, maintain, and support application systems to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain UNIX/Linux shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
Work with database systems to support application functionality, data management, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers during implementation and support phases.
Investigate and resolve system, application, and database-related incidents in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with:
UNIX, Linux, and DOS shell scripting
Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL
Product implementation and deployment
User support and incident management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
