Medical Coverage
Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support for systems used in incident handling
Provide daily technical support for a single sign-on tool
Deliver day-to-day technical support for PC hardware and software
Maintain PC installation images
Diagnose and resolve ad-hoc enquiries and problems
Provide on-site support services
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure
At least 4 years of experience in office automation and PC LAN support
Solid experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration, including server patch deployment and server accounts administration
Familiar with using Clonezilla and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to prepare Windows installation images
Hands-on experience in SQL, server virtualisation technology, and Windows 7/8/10 desktop environments
Experience in supporting production systems on GCIS platform is preferred
