Job Duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in helpdesk support (Less experience will be also considered)
Experience supporting insurance, banking, financial services, or agency force environments is highly preferred.
