Job Description:
Provide continuous support for the production environment of our online digital platform
Offer technical assistance for platform enhancements, including programming, testing, and bug resolution
Gather user requirements and coordinate with external contractors to implement changes and improvements
Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Assist in managing IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, licenses, digital certificates, and maintenance contracts
Contribute to the planning and execution of IT projects
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 2 years’ experience in JAVA Programming and Linux System Administration
At least 1 years’ experience in JavaScript Programming
At least 1.5 years’ experience in Structured Query Language and Web Services
Experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB
Experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis
