Key Responsibilities:
Support daily IT infrastructure operations and implementation activities.
Monitor and maintain server, network, storage, and virtualization environments.
Coordinate with data center operators and external hardware vendors for maintenance and support activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure service availability and stability.
Assist in implementing system changes, upgrades, and operational procedures.
Support security monitoring and log management activities.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience in providing operational support for IT infrastructure environments.
Experience managing data center operations and coordinating with external hardware vendors.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
