Customer Service and Admin Officer (Call Center, $18K-20K, over night shift duty is required)

Job Duties:
Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
Deliver professional customer service by answering enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
Provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications
Job Requirement:
Form 5 or above
With 1 year of relevant experience in call centre environment
Experience on servicedesk, base knowledge on IT
Good phone manner with a strong customer service mindset
Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Fresh graduates will also be considered
