Job Description:
Provide ongoing production support to ensure system stability and availability.
Deliver technical support for system enhancements, including programming, testing, and bug fixing.
Elicit user requirements and liaise with contractors to complete changes and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist in managing IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, licenses, digital certificates, and maintenance contracts.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 2 years’ experience in JAVA Programming and Linux System Administration
At least 1.5 years’ experience in Structured Query Language and Web Services
At least 1 years’ experience in JavaScript Programming
