Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing the online questionnaire system, including integration with digital identity platforms.
Prepare and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT), System Integration Test (SIT), load testing, and stress testing.
Provide ad-hoc technical support to ensure system stability and performance.
Support user training sessions and prepare related documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Higher diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
Proficient in system implementation, program development, and web application development.
Solid experience in C#, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Microsoft ASP.NET, JSON, RESTful APIs and Microsoft SQL Server.
Proven experience in web and mobile security, including Security Risk Assessment and Audit is an advantage.
