Job Description:
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth and seamless service delivery
Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and aligning services accordingly
Proactively identify and address potential concerns, resolving client issues promptly and effectively
Prepare regular reports on platform capacity, performance, and service levels
Requirements:
F.5 or above
At least 1 year experience in customer service (IT industry preferred)
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome
