Full Stack Developer/ Senior Analyst Programmer (.NET, large-scale project)

Key Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain existing application systems while developing new business solutions.
Collect, analyze, and document user requirements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist Project Leads in solution architecture, technical consultation, and implementation activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions and technical support.
Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Conduct user training and support system adoption initiatives.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software or application development.
Strong experience in .NET application development.
Solid understanding of system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment methodologies.
Proficient in one or more of the following technologies:
.NET / ASP.NET
C#
MS SQL Server
MySQL
HTML & CSS
Kubernetes (K8S)
Experience with Angular framework is highly preferred.
Familiarity with modern software development practices and application configuration management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering quality solutions.
Experience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI-powered applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or AI solution development, will be an advantage.
