Job Duties:
Providing IT support services including hardware, software, printers, network and handheld devices.
Provide on-site support at different locations & after office hours support when required.
Provide support via Instant Messaging during office hour.
Requirements:
F.6 or above
At least 3 years working expereince in IT support
Familiar with Microsoft Window operation systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook & common office applications.
Strong problem solving skills. Independent, good customer relation skills.
Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
