Job Duties:
Assist the Presales team in preparing business proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentation materials.
Support tender and requirement reviews by analyzing customer documents to identify key deliverables and technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW), cost breakdowns, and project tracking reports.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal delivery teams, external vendors, and business partners to collect technical data and resolve open items.
Draft customer-facing materials, presentation decks, and executive meeting minutes.
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1 year' experience in admin support (Fresh grad is also welcome)
Excellent communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
