Job description:
Gather both technical and user requirements for the new enhancements.
Assess the technical feasibility of the new enhancements and develop an initial design of the infrastructure and application architecture.
Support the User Interface (UI) design of the new enhancements.
Liaise with various parties and provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the new enhancements.
Review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new enhancements.
Provide technical support for departments or parties to adopt the enhanced functions.
Review the test plan and perform testing for the new enhancements.
Review the load/stress plan and perform load/stress testing for the new enhancements.
Assist in preparing the Work Assignment Brief / Tender document.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 4 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 3 years’ experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems
At least 2 years’ experience in Public Key Infrastructure and Web Services
At least 1 year’ experience in IT Security
Experience in performing system integration test and user acceptance test
Experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients
Experience in Android/iOS application development
Experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless integrations
