Job Duties:
To provide technical support services for office automation software, email systems, user/helpdesk support and GOA IT support and security safeguards to end users, etc.
Provide end-user support for various PC hardware/software including Windows PC/server platforms, Outlook email and anti-virus software.
Provide ongoing system support, system installation and evaluation on Windows PC/server platform.
Provide ongoing system support for the Microsoft Outlook mail system
Coordinate, implement and maintain IT Security safeguards
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
At least 1 year' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support
Have relevant technical background and practical system support on Microsoft Windows, computer and email service;
Have solid experience in the control and operation of computer systems, including helpdesk/computer network operation and PC/LAN support services;
Have experience in information technology security
