Job Duties:
Perform process mapping to review and document current state workflows (AS-IS Process Maps) of user teams
Perform bottleneck analysis to evaluate current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and identify opportunities for optimization
Design the future workflows (TO-BE Process Maps) integrated with AI and OA technologies, and implement the solutions
Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 5 years' experience in IT industry
Experience and knowledge in business-process analysis and redesign including but not limited to defining AS-IS Process Maps and TO-BE Process Maps
Experience and knowledge in applying AI or OA technologies to optimize business workflows
Experience and knowledge in implementing AI solutions
Experience and knowledge in facilitating cross-functional discussions, and producing clear specification documents and user manuals
