Client Communications Manager

• Communications with internal/external parties

• Strong client development mindset

• Degree holder, 10 years relevant experience
  

Responsibilities

• Handle communications with various internal and external parties e.g. residents, Government bodies and others

• Formulate integrated strategies and execute communication campaign

• Maintain relationship with media and handle media enquires

• Develop IBM tools, press release, advertorial and brochure

• Develop standard scripts and prepare regular communication materials to ensure consistent messages are delivered
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines

• 10 years or above relevant experience, of which at least 4 years in managerial grade

• Precious experience in client services, property management or facility management is preferred

• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in verbal and written English and Cantonese, and fair in Mandarin is required

• Proficiency in Words/Excel/PowerPoint
