Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and developing new MICE business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach activities
Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentation materials for corporate clients and event organizers
Maintain good relationships with clients by handling enquiries, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth arrangements for meetings, conferences, incentive groups, and other events
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
2 year relevant experience is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Customer oriented with strong communication skills
Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
