We are recruiting a Contract Customer Service Officer for a major bank. This is a non-sales role handling incoming customer enquiries.
Salary and Working Arrangements
Basic salary: HK$19,000 per month
Location: Olympic / Mong Kok / Sheung Wan
5 days per week, Monday to Sunday on a roster basis
Working hours: 9:00 am–6:00 pm, including a 1-hour meal break
Reasonable overtime is required
Annual leave: 14 days
Contract: ASAP to 31 December 2026, with a possible 1-year extension
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls about banking products and services
Provide accurate information and handle customer requests
Update and maintain customer account records
Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service or hotline experience is an advantage
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Detail-minded and customer-focused
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Able to type in Chinese
