The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is an independent and not-for-profit statutory body which administers public examinations in Hong Kong. Our scope of responsibility extends to administering over 200 international and professional examinations. We are looking for talented people to join hands with the HKEAA family in contributing to the provision of valid, reliable and equitable examinations and a range of assessment services to meet the educational and societal needs of the community. Driver (Ref: HR/08/335)
Duties: The appointee will provide chauffeur service by means of the corporate car to the Authority’s guests and/or staff members to meet the operational needs. S/he is responsible for tasks related to the corporate car including booking and repair and maintenance service to ensure its safe and decent condition. S/he is also required to serve as a backup for counter duties such as receiving guests and taking calls as well as performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
(a) Completion of secondary education, preferably with Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2 or above in HKDSE or equivalent;
(b) Hold a valid HK driving license with good driving record (the ‘Certificate of Traffic Conviction Records 違例駕駛判罪記錄證明書’ issued by the Hong Kong Police Force may be required upon job offer);
(c) Minimum 4 years’ driving experiences with at least 2 years serving senior executive;
(d) Preferably 2 years’ experience in handling all-round office administration;
(e) Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills;
(f) Willing to take initiatives and able to work independently;
(g) Basic knowledge in PC skills, Chinese character input method is an advantage; and
(h) Outdoor work and work outside regular office hours including weekends & public holidays is required.
Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
