- Client: 1) Hotels, 2)Theme Park
- Position: Guest Service Officer(s)
- Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls for room / dining / ticket reservation and other inquiries
- $13-16K, 5 day, bonus, incentive, medical
Requirements
- Secondary educated
- Min. 1 year experience in front-line sales, customer service
- Call center experience will be an advantage but not a must
- Good phone manner and work attitude
- Good command of spoken English & Chinese (include Putonghua)
