- Client: 1) Property Developer, 2) Property Management Company
- Position: Senior Maintenance Officer / Maintenance Officer (Many positions)
- Responsibilities: Condition survey. Coordination for maintenance & large scale renovation and minor works of retail properties. Liaison with contractors / IO. Project administration, tender preparation, works inspection.
- $26-36K
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Building Studies, Construction Management or related discipline
- 2-8 years experience in maintenance / renovation for retail properties / shopping mall
- Good experience in building works
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
