The Job
- Client: 1) Property Developer, 2) Property Management Company
- Position: Senior Maintenance Officer / Maintenance Officer (Many positions)
- Responsibilities: Building services system maintenance for retail fit-out and renovation projects. Liaison with contractors / IO. Works quality inspection, testing & commissioning.
- $20-35K. 5 day, medical,bonus.
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3-8 years experience in building services system maintenance for retail properties / shopping mall fit-out or renovation.
- Good experience in electrical / HVAC systems
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
