The Job
- Clients: 1) Property Developers, 2) REITs
- Positions: Senior Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager
- Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of retail and/or commercial properties and responsible for leading a team for market analysis, establish pricing strategies, promotion planning, tenancy management, etc to boost lease revenue.
- Salary: $50K up
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- Professional qualification is preferred but not a must
- Min. 10 years retail leasing experience preferably gained with sizable property developers, of which at least 4 years in managerial level
- Strong experience in retail / commercial market
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
