The Job
- Client: A Property Developer
- Position: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
- Responsibilities: Manage the fit-out and renovation works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards - Advise and comment on fit-out designs, works inspection, monitor maintenance schedule, etc.
- $35K up. 5-day, medical, bonus.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
- Professional qualification preferred; MHKIS or equivalent
- 5-10 years experience in fit-out or large scale renovation gained with property developers / management companies
- Familiar with building regulations and related statutory requirements
- Good command of languages
