The Job
- Clients: A Leading E&M Contractor
- Position: Project Manager (Plumbing & Drainage / Residential Project)
- Responsibilities:
- Lead project team to monitor overall project progress
- Prepare cost estimation and VO application
- Provide technical advice and support to project team
- Maintain good relationship with clients, main-contractor, and other parties within projects
- Salary: $45-60K, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
- Holders of Licensed Plumber is preferred
- Member of HKIE / CIBSE is an advantage
- Minimum 8-10 years of contractor experience in E&M projects and with good management skills
- Experience in handling residential projects an advantage;
- Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
