The Job
- Clients: A Leading Security Services Company
- Position: Technical Support Engineer (Security/ELV System)
- Responsibilities:
- Provide Security Systems technical support to other teams, includes drawings, technical support engineer and technician
- Give technical advices and quality supports to various department include sales, projects, maintenance, installation and CAMS
- Ensure sufficient coaching and products orientation has been / will be provided to new technical staff
- Provide new products orientation to all technical staff and evaluate and fine-tune new products
- Salary: $15-19K, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline
- At least 5-8 years of experience required in related field
- Interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, listening skills
- Operating systems, backup software, database software
- Knowledge of and ability to use equipment like mainframe computers, computer tool kits and network analyzers
