The Job
- Client: An established Engineering Contractor
- Position: Maintenance Supervisor
- Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operation Manager and lead a team for the maintenance of water treatment plant / facilities:-
- Planning for preventive maintenance & facility improvement;
- Prepare budgeting report; Cost control
- Emergent breakdown maintenance
- Manpower planning; Warehouse & inventory management and Procurement;
- Maintain and review operation manual & maintenance procedures
- Ensure facility operation complies with EHS regulations
- $45-55K. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
- Degree holder in Construction or Engineering related disciplines
- Min. 5 years experience in plant / facilities maintenance of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Relevant experience in water treatment facilities will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Good command of languages
- More experienced candidate will be considered as Maintenance Manager
