The Job
- Client: A Landlord
- Position: Assistant Leasing Manager
- Responsibilities: Assist the Leasing Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial (80%) and retail (20%) properties located in prime districts. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, sales & lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
- $35-45K. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 8 years experience in commercial leasing gained with landlords of which 3 years or above at managerial level
- Retail leasing / Commercial sales experience highly preferred
- Property management experience will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
