The Job

• Position: HVAC Technician 冷氣技工
• Responsibilities: Working under the Facilities Manager and responsible for the maintenance, routine inspection, emergent repair of HVAC systems for all properties and premises under the Organization. 負責機構其下物業之冷氣系統維修, 檢查及緊急維修等工作.
• $20-30K basic salary. 5-day (40 hours). Housing Allowance. Provident Fund by Employer. OT Pay. Medical. Dental. Year-end Bonus. Yearly Salary Review. 5天工作(40小時). 每月房屋津貼. 僱主公職金供款. 超時補水. 醫療及牙科保健. 年尾花紅. 每年薪金調整.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in HVAC / Building Services Engineering related disciplines 具冷氣/屋宇裝備工程相關之証書或以上學歷
• Min. 3 years experience in HVAC maintenance preferably gained with HVAC system supplier / manufacturer. 至少3年大型冷氣維修工程經驗. 曾受僱大型冷氣供應商/製迼商為佳.
• Relevant project experience gained for sizable commercial / government buildings would be an advantage. 具有大型商業或政府機構物業之冷氣系統維修經驗者優先
• Good experience with chiller, AHU, fan coils, VAV, circulation pumps, damper motors, control devices, etc.熟悉冷氣糸統, 如製冷, 風櫃, 循環泵, 摩打, 控制裝置
• Possess valid HK driving license #1,2. 持有本地1,2號駕駛執照
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. 良好中文及簡單英語.
