The Job
- Client: A fast-growing Property Group
- Position: QS Manager
- Project: Mixed luxury residential and commercial development in Myanmar
- Responsibilities: Working under the the Head of QS department and leading a small team for full QS functions including contracts management; budget & cost control; handling claims and certifing payments
- $50-60K. 5-day. Bonus. Medical
Requirements
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Professional qualification; RICS, HKIS
- Min. 10 years QS experience gained from property developers / consultants / hospitality group
- Ideally possess hotel resort project experience
- Solid experience in contract administration
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Willing to station in Myanmar
