Assistant Facility Manager (Data Center)

The Job

• Client: A Data Center Solutions Provider
• Position: Assistant Facility Manager
• Responsibilities: Leading a team of technical officers and technicians for the maintenance and operation management of a data center with floor area over 10,000sq ft. Routine checking and scheduled maintenance of E&M services and facilities to ensure smooth operation of systems and network; Emergent maintenance during system faults & breakdown; System performance analysis and efficiency monitoring; System renovation and upgrade.
• $50K up (Negotiable). 5-Day. 9am-6pm (No shift required). Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering
• Min. 8 years experience in facility management, of which the latest 3 years should be at managerial level
• Data center  experience is a MUST
• Well-versed with different building services systems - Power systems, UPS, CRAC, Security, BMS, etc
• Good command of English and Chinese
• REW A(0) or above
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Facility Manager
