The Job
- Client: A Property Developer
- Position: Technician 技工
- Responsibilities: Maintenance of building works for a portfolio of Grade-A commercial buildings and shopping malls. Carry out routine inspection and repair. Manage maintenance works of contractors. Coordinate with clients on fit-out projects.
- $22-24K. 5-day & alternate Sat. Bonus. Medical
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Studies or relevant disciplines
- Min. 2 years experience in building works maintenance preferably for commercial buildings or hotels
- Good experience in maintenance of building defects, water seepage, leakage and familiar with procedures of remedial works
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of languages
