The Job
- Client: A Property Developer
- Position: Sales Executive
- Responsibile: Assist in the sales of residential properties located in Guangdong province. Promote the properties at showroom, roadshows. Leading property sale tour. Negotiate terms and facilitate contract signing with customers.
- Basic salary with commission. Medical. Compensation leave.
Requirements
- Secondary educated or above
- Min. 3 years sales experience for residential properties
- PRC property sales experience highly preferred
- Good communication and selling skills
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- HK based, occasional day-trip to Guangdong province is required
