The Job

• Client: An Aerospace Engineering Company

• Position: Risk & Safety Supervisor

• Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System to ensure full compliance with the requirements of all relevant Aviation Authorities.

  • Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions for identified safety issues, ensuring timely closure, and deliver regular reports on safety performance metrics to senior management.

  • Serve as the advisor to the company on all safety management matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations to support safe operations.

  • Review all Change Management programmes to verify that potential safety implications are thoroughly assessed and mitigated through formal risk assessment prior to implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Quality / Safety Management or related disciplines

• 3-6 years experience in risk & safety management

• Relevant experience in aerospace / engineering environment

• Good knowledge in safety management systems

• Good communication skills

• Good command of languages

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Risk & Safety Officer
