ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN 電工師傅 - property owner / building service / property management (高級住宅物業維修) 物業業主 (Wanchai)

The Job 職責簡介

• Handle repair & maintenance of company-owned senior residential properties on HK Island 

• 獨立負責港島區公司高級住宅物業的日常維修及保養工作

• Coordinate and monitor contractor work quality 

• 協調並監察工程承建商的工作質素

• Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues 

• 與租戶溝通，處理維修事宜

• Must hold Grade A Electrical Worker Certificate

• 必須持有電工A牌（註冊電業工程人員證書）

• 2+ years experience in property maintenance / building services / fitting-out works 

• 具2年以上物業維修、屋宇設備或室內裝修工程經驗

• Experience working for property owners/landlords is a plus 

• 有物業業主工作經驗者優先

Work Conditions 工作安排

• 5-day work week 

• 五天工作週

• Saturdays off unless pre-arranged maintenance is scheduled 

• 星期六如無預約維修則毋須上班

• 10 days annual leave 

• 10天年假

• Medical insurance 

• 醫療保險

• Bank holidays 

• 銀行假期
