About the Company
We are a Hong Kong–based railway engineering consultancy, with a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region and project references in Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
Our multidisciplinary team of engineering and operations experts delivers services across the full project lifecycle, including system engineering, design and integration, operations and maintenance planning, asset management, safety and risk management, and cost and investment assessments for both greenfield and brownfield railway projects.
With decades of combined international experience and a track record on major metro, mainline and high‑speed rail schemes, we partner with government authorities, operators, system suppliers and engineering firms to provide cost‑effective, high‑quality and safe railway solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in railway-related consultancy projects under the supervision of the Principal Engineer.
Prepare tender documents for both local and overseas projects.
Develop engineering designs and carry out design reviews.
Conduct system engineering tasks, including system assurance, risk management, requirements management, EMC management, and verification & validation (V&V).
Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control, Computer, or Software Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. Corporate Member of HKIE, Chartered Engineer (ECUK)).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the railway industry, particularly in systems, project, or consultancy work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of system assurance, risk management, requirements management, EMC, and V&V.
Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with engineers, project teams, and external partners.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight schedules.
Willing to travel occasionally for project purposes (infrequent and not on a regular basis).
