• The Fleet Operations Manager will ensure the smooth, reliable and cost-effective daily operation of our own fleet and outsourced transportation resources.

• The role will support our logistics, warehousing and distribution operations by ensuring that vehicles and transport resources are properly scheduled, deployed and maintained.

• Reporting to the CEO, the Fleet Operations Manager will oversee the daily operation of our own fleet and outsourced fleets.

JOB DESCRIPTION 職責

• Manage our own fleet and outsourced fleets to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Coordinate vehicle deployment, transport schedules and delivery arrangements.

• 協調車輛調配、運輸時間表及配送安排。

• Ensure that sufficient vehicles and transportation resources are available to support logistics and warehousing operations.

• 確保有足夠的車輛及運輸資源，以支援物流及倉儲運作。

• Monitor vehicle availability, fleet utilisation, delivery performance and service quality.

• 監察車輛可用率、車隊使用率、配送表現及服務質素。

• Coordinate with drivers, outsourced transport providers, warehouses and internal business units.

• 與司機、外判運輸服務供應商、倉庫及內部業務部門協調。

• Handle daily operational issues, including delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, schedule changes and service disruptions.

• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, licensing, insurance and related records.

• Use the Fleet Management System (FMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) to monitor vehicle deployment, fleet utilisation, delivery status and service performance.

• Prepare regular reports on vehicle availability, route performance, on-time delivery, fleet utilisation and operating costs.

• Use FMS and TMS data to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities.

• Analyse FMS and TMS data to improve route planning, vehicle allocation and transportation efficiency.

IDEAL CANDIDATE 入職要求

• Practical experience in fleet operations, transportation, logistics or supply chain management.

• 具備車隊營運、運輸、物流或供應鏈管理的實務經驗。

• Solid experience in fleet management, transport operations, route planning or outsourced transportation management.

• 具備車隊管理、運輸營運、路線規劃或外判運輸管理的扎實經驗。

• Strong understanding of daily fleet scheduling, vehicle deployment and transport service operations.

• 深入了解日常車隊時間安排、車輛調配及運輸服務運作。

• Experience managing both company-owned and outsourced fleets is an advantage.

• 具備管理自有車隊及外判車隊的經驗者優先。

• Familiar with Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• 熟悉車隊管理系統（FMS）及運輸管理系統（TMS）。

• Able to use FMS and TMS data to monitor fleet performance, vehicle utilisation, delivery status and operating costs.
